9Operators

9Operators is an ecommerce podcast network built around people who actually run nine-figure brands. Three weekly shows, Nine Operators, Marketing Operators and Finance Operators, plus the Operators Titans interview strand, a newsletter, and a private community of seven and eight figure owners.

It is the kind of client that breaks most content teams. Three shows on a weekly cadence, each with its own hosts and its own voice, and named sponsors in every episode, which makes a late edit a commercial problem rather than an editorial one.

Why did they come to Content Forge?

Aaron had the talent and the audience. What he didn't have was a production pipeline that could carry three weekly shows without someone dropping balls. Missed deadlines, inconsistent quality, creators waiting on edits.

The guests make it harder. These are founders and executives of brands like Shop LC, Simple Modern, Jones Road Beauty and HexClad, booked around their calendars rather than ours, which means the recording date is fixed and everything downstream has to absorb the pressure.

He needed a team that could treat his operation like a newsroom, not a freelance gig.

01

How We Helped

We built a 3-show production pipeline with daily deliverable tracking. Every show has its own cadence, style, and creators, but all three run through the same system. Same review process, same quality standards, same delivery timeline.

The daily tracking mattered most. Aaron wanted to know where every video was at any moment: filming, editing, review, posted. No surprises. No “we're a little behind.” Just a dashboard that tells the truth.

That coordination is the reason three shows can run in parallel without chaos.

02

The First 3 Months

The first month was about building the tracking system and getting all three shows into the pipeline without any of them stalling. The hard part wasn't the content. It was the logistics.

By month two the system was running, and Aaron could see exactly where everything stood.

03

Our First Viral Video

The shows each found their audience. The content that performed best was where Aaron's personality came through strongest: unfiltered takes on business operations.

The kind of advice you can only give if you've actually run something.
